Welcome to the under 13's page. This age group is for boys in the school year 8 age group starting on 1st September, i.e. children aged 12 at the 1st of September 2011.

When do the squad train
Mid week training is on Fridays 6pm-7.15pm.

When do the squad play matches
During the playing season September - April matches are on Sunday Mornings 10:00 - Noon.

How do I join
If you are interested in playing junior rugby come down to Copley on any training session or match day. Any new players experienced or new to the game are welcome to join in.

Away to Huddersfield Noon Yorkshire Cup Qtr Final

The game postponed last week is rescheduled for this Sunday. It 6 weeks since the squad last played not the best preparation for the game. It will be close.

2011 - 12 Season - Under 13's

This season the under 12's move from mini/midi rugby to junior rugby on a full size pitch. They add to flankers to make up a 15 a side team. The game time increases from 20 minutes to 25 minutes each way. This season the squad are automaticaly entered in the Yorkshire cup and are looking forward to a good cup run. Should they fail to win in round 1 they have a second bite at the cherry and enter the Plate competition.

Interested in Sponsoring the Juniors
Anyone interested in sponsoring the Minis and Juniors please contact any of the coaches or people below. The amount can be as little as £5 upwards. The money goes into a pot to buy equipment such as balls, tag belts, tackle shields, training shirts, coaching tops, marker cones and poles. The list is endless there is always new equipment to buy or replace worn out equipment.
