How to print the books

• I have created some documents which I have called year books. They are a summary of the seasons fixtures taken from the web site with match reports and photos.
  There is one for the minis, the under 15's & under 16's.
  If they are successful I plan to produce them at the end of each season so you have a record of your child's early rugby playing days. Please e-mail me at davebutler@orrufc.co.uk if you like the idea & would like me to start the process of producing one for this season. If I receive no e-mails I will presume there is no interest.
  Here are some instructions how tp print & save the books. Any problems send an e-mail or call on 01422 371672
   

  • You must have Adobe Reader installed on your PC. If it is not installed you can download for free from the Adobe website.
    Type in Adobe reader into Google and it brings up the site for downloading Adobe reader. Just follow the instructions.
    to install.

  • You can now select any of the books and the screen will display a copy of the book.

  • To print the book select file and then select  print from the drop down menu.
    Warning some of the books are lengthy documents of 50 plus pages. Make sure you have plenty of paper in your printer

  • You also have the facility to save a copy of the book on your own PC.
    Just select file and then select save as from the drop down menu.
    Then decide which folder you wish to store the file in.
